Dylan is an Arizona native and former college golfer who began specializing in digital marketing after graduating from the University of Arizona with a BA in Marketing. He held digital marketing roles in the golf, fitness, and restaurant industries, before honing in on dental-specific marketing. At his core, Dylan is an analytical problem solver who loves helping others build robust strategies to solve complex problems.
Prior to launching Elementus Media Group with his two co-founders, Dylan was the Director of Marketing at a rapidly growing dental implant focused DSO. There, Dylan was tasked with building and executing a multi-pronged digital marketing strategy which helped pave the way for the company to become one of the fastest growing DSOs in the dental industry. At the same time, Dylan spearheaded the launch of an external marketing division, which helped dentists from across the country drive an influx of new patients to their practices through highly efficient PPC ad campaigns. This laid the groundwork for what would later become Elementus Media Group.
When he’s not head-down in a spreadsheet, you can find Dylan at the gym, working on his chipping, or relaxing by the pool.
Drake graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Marketing and a Masters in Entrepreneurship while also being a 4-year letterwinner on the Men’s Golf team. Shortly after graduating, Drake joined forces with a dental implant focused DSO where he developed and managed ad campaigns and local SEO for their internal practices as well as several external GP offices.
Through this experience, Drake realized that the majority of dentists are woefully overlooked and underserved when it comes to their marketing. As such, Drake and his co-founders started Elementus Media Group on a mission to correct the failures made by many marketing agencies and set the new standard in dental marketing.
When he’s not analyzing ad campaigns, you can find Drake dialing in his golf swing, at the gym, or cooking up his famous protein french toast!
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Barrett Honors College at ASU, Nicko became the Head of Technology for a fintech marketing startup. During his time in that role he wore many hats pertaining to web development, including rebuilding the company’s website, as well as working with a Healthcare venture capital firm to design, develop, and launch their website.
From there, Nicko was hired as the Head of Web Development for a rapidly growing dental implant focused DSO. After a short time, he, along with his like-minded entrepreneurial coworkers, realized they were delivering significantly better results than the competition, so they decided it was time to start their own agency, which would become Elementus Media Group.
When he’s not building websites or optimizing SEO, you can find Nicko at the gym, on the golf course, or in the kitchen cheffing up a gourmet meal.
